Everything set for concrete and completing the foundation of the guest house. If documentation is in place we'll do it on Monday

Cottage style for the Guesthouse kitchen

Our guesthouse will run fast-track (ready by the 1.of May according to plan). This meant time was in to decide on kitchen. For the guesthouse cottage style has been the inspiration. We ended up with a STÅT kitchen. Not so exciting but with some IKEA - hacking I guess we can make it look fine. Hacking inspiration check out www.ikeahackers.net

Checking the Ground

To be sure the ground for the guesthouse is stable we got some help from a Geo-company that could do some drilling. . .

Finally some action again

This week the ground work started. Even Värmdö Kommune has now established the water pipes so the work with concrete can be done.

On picture number 2 you can see Uffe and Stefan from Bothniahus, Hans and peter from Crea Nord Bygg and Björn our Quality Manager.
